Tart by Zoya can be best described as a vibrant medium blue-raspberry candy blue with soft metallic shimmer.

Another very similar pair, Tallulah is a lighter shade than Tart, with a different shimmer particle, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one coat, Tallulah also stamps.

Tart is so pretty, great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one coat, Tart also stamps. This does show brush strokes through the shimmer.
