River by Zoya can be best described as a shimmering cobalt blue.

Ling was one of the first Zoya I ever bought, gorgeous formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one coat, Ling also stamps.

River is stunning, a great formula, no running or pooling and opaque in one coat, River does stamp but its not great.
