Number - ZP635
Coats - 1
Finish - Shimmer
Collection - Diva
Colour - Green
Topcoat - None on swatch, Barry M Plumpy over stamping

Danica is described as a full-coverage rich deep teal cream, this is another amazing one coat wonder, its deep dark and vampy, no running or pooling.

Ray is described as a dark blackened pine green with smooth, delicate silver and green frost shimmer, this one is also a one coat wonder but the first few strokes I was sure it was going to need a second coat then it deepened up and went opaque.

Zoya Karen

Today on the blog I have a one coat wonder to share, meet Karen.

Karen is described as a full coverage poppy red cream

A Zoya a Day
Name - Karen
Year - 2018
Number - ZP945
Coats - 1
Finish - Creme
Collection - Sunshine 2018
Colour - Red
Topcoat - None on swatch, Barry M Plumpy over stamping.

The formula on this was pure perfection, one sweet coat, no running or pooling and when I did a tiny bit of clean up I didnt look like I'd hacked my finger off.

I then had a play with a new plate I got from Clear Jelly Stamper, called cjs-46 which is a plate of swirls and twirls :) I used Zoya Danica (dark green) and Sally Hansen Mint Sprint (light green) to stamp with, all topped off with Barry M Plumpy topcoat.

Zoya DEA and Mary

Today on the blog meet Dea and Mary, two pretty fall browns.

A Zoya a Day
Name - Dea
Year - 2004
Number - ZP281
Coats - 2
Finish - Creme
Collection - Suede
Colour - Brown
Topcoat - None

A Zoya a Day
Name - Mary
Year - 2017
Number - ZP880
Coats - 2
Finish - Creme
Collection - Naturel 3
Colour - Brown
Topcoat - None

Dea is described as a warm milky light brown nude creme with soft orangey undertones, accurate but I think you'd only see the orange/red undertone when you see her against another brown.

Mary is described as a medium raisin cream in the classic 2-coat coverage formula. This has dusty undertones and was pretty much a one coater, I had a couple of tiny bald spots which were more user error than polish.

In the last photo you can see how close they look in the bottle but on the nail they are totally different.

Zoya Eleni stamped with Ibiza

Today on the blog I'm sharing some nail art I wore over the weekend, I started with two sweet coats of Zoya Eleni over my usual basecoat of Zoya Anchor, I have switched out the brush on Eleni to the z-wide one, do excuse the messy paint job but I knew I was going to be stamping so didnt clean up until after the stamping.

For that I used |Zoya Ibiza and stamping plate BM-XL214 from Hello Maniology, all topped off with Barry M Plumpy topcoat. I really enjoyed this mani as it was bright and sunny, I adore stars and unicorns :)

Zoya Marjorie and Alia

Today on the blog I have two more amazing fall reds for you, meet Alia and Marjorie :)

A Zoya a Day
Name - Marjorie (discontinued)
Year - 2015
Number - ZP822
Coats - 2
Finish - Metallic
Collection - Redbook Trio
Colour - Red
Topcoat - None

A Zoya a Day
Name - Alia
Year - 2018
Number - ZP939
Coats - 3
Finish - Jelly
Collection - Jelly Brites
Colour - Red
Topcoat - None

Marjorie is a deep burgundy red with golden shimmer, this was opaque in two coats, gorgeous formula no running or pooling. Marjorie is discontinued and not available on Zoya.com or the  UK site, however, it its still listed on Nail Polish Direct site for £9.95

Alia is described as a translucent plum jelly with an ultra glossy finish and one of the jelly polishes Zoya has done the last few years, this took three coats but the formula was really good no running or pooling just sheer as you'd expect with a jelly, this will look amazing with stamping through the layers I think.

The bottom two pictures show all four of the fall reds I wore over the last two days :) all so pretty.

Zoya Quinn and Manon

Today on the blog I have two amazing fall reds to share with you meet Quinn and Manon.

A Zoya a Day
Name - Quinn
Year - 2007
Number - ZP423
Coats - 2
Finish - Creme
Collection - Uptown
Colour - Red

Topcoat - None

A Zoya a Day
Name - Manon (discontinued)
Year - 2000
Number - ZP092
Coats - 2
Finish - Shimmer
Collection - Classic
Colour - Red
Topcoat - None

Quinn is described as a very rich red-berry with slight purple undertones, this is a one coat wonder and stamps too, perfect formula no running or pooling, I did do two coats for the mani but only because I was doing a second coat for Manon. I have Quinn with my dark pinks because when I put her with the reds that purple undertone makes her look dark pink but as you can see on the nail she is a red.

Manon is described as a dusty mauve burgundy with a subtle amount of silvery shimmer. Another unique polish, the bottle almost looks like its a holo but on the nail it kinda fades into the base and is much more a shimmer, perfect formula no running or pooling and opaque in two coats. Sadly Manon is a discontinued polish but if youre in the UK you can still grab her from the https://www.zoyapolish.co.uk/product/stock-sale-manon site.  She really gives me Christmas vibes too.

Makeup Revolution Polishes

Today on the blog I have some polish from the brand Makeup Revolution, these are available from their own website and instore at Superdrug, although not all stores seem to be getting the polish.

This is a new venture for Makeup Revolution.

I started with my usual basecoat of Zoya Anchor then I did 2 coats of Zesty the very bright neon yellow, really great formula, no running or pooling and not streaky, just a little sheer on that first coat, second coat was full coverage. I then decided to stamp with Eclipse their black, this stamped like a dream, I used plate Mandala 12 by MoYou London :)

I'm aware the stamping isnt straight, I can only see out of one eye and have no depth perception so, wonky stamping it is  :)

The neons are £4 each and the regular polishes are £3 each. Their polish is vegan.

Zoya Skye with America

Today on the blog I have a gorgeous nude to share with you, meet Skye, she comes from the original Spa Essentials line which Zoya did for french style manicures, Skye is a discontinued polish.

She is a creamy nude with a yellow undertone.

I'm sorry about the absence but I went to visit my mum in Northern Ireland and she has no internet and the signal was a dodgy 3G one.

A Zoya a Day
Name - Skye
Year - 2006
Number - ZP372
Coats - 2
Finish - Creme
Collection - Spa Essentials
Colour - Nude
Topcoat - Barry M Plumpy

I started with two coats of Skye, I then decided to stamp using Zoya America and a Mundo De Unas plate called YF272. I top coated with my usual Barry M Plumpy. Clean up was surprisingly not a blood bath, some reds just dont clean up well and it looks like you attacked your fingers with a machete! I dont know that I love the stamping but I really like Skye, shes a softer dustier version of Dulcinea :)
